Participation Consent
By booking or attending a class with Z's Defence Academy, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are physically able to take part in self-defence training. Please let an instructor know before class starts if you have any injury, medical condition, or other concern that may affect your participation.
Photography & Media
Classes may occasionally be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please tell a member of staff before the session begins.
Under-18 Participants
Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian on file before attending. Please contact the admin team to arrange this.
